I honestly like pointing out to people who discuss nutrisystem vs medifast that Medifast is actually recommended by doctors, and has several doctors working on the team to help develop the food and program. So I would much rather trust the doctors to tell me what to eat and which diet to try rather than some company. Both are expensive so I wouldn’t want to waste my time trying them out. So I go with the one that the doctor recommends the most. That is good enough for me, and the food looks good from the pictures, so it should be a great program.
