Mental anguish

If there is one form of injury to a person that is difficult for a Toronto Injury Lawyer to either substantiate or even disprove, it will a have to be mental anguish. Mental anguish seeks to describe a negative effect on the emotional health of the person concerned. It will in all likelihood be something that is the product of perhaps witnessing an event that someone should not be exposed to. Exposure to said event would be the form of negligence that gives rise to such injury litigation. Determining that anguish has in fact occurred, or not, and then ascertaining the degree of such anguish is very difficult in deed.
