I usually love advice you Holman, but I think this guy was an Obama crony capitalist who tried to pull a fast one. As I remember it, the Obama administration originally overruled a previous decision that it could not go forward and tried to push it forward, despite its effect on our military defense. Also, as I recall, it was the power, not the bandwidth, that caused the problem (of course both matter, but it was something like if it wasn’t quite as powerful it wouldn’t bleed into the GPS). You lefties are going to love this – I may have to start doubting the veracity of one of my favorite conservative columnists. Anybody who has better facts, feel free to post them.
