Bootcamp Workouts and Your Pocketbook

Bootcamp workouts are kinder on the pocketbook and easier to squeeze into a busy schedule. One more significant advantage to this method of reaching fitness goals is that it can be a lot of fun. Do not underestimate the power of fun and enjoyment when it comes to maintaining a fitness routine. The number one killer of exercise plans, routines, and resolutions is the lack of accountability and motivation. When you workout in a non-competitive and supportive environment the likelihood of sticking with the routine to point of reaching goals and maintaining fitness levels is certainly higher than without.  Perhaps fitness boot camp will become a required component of personal training certification in the near future. That will show up as a bonus when someone wants to find a personal trainer.
