Pilates Fitness for the first time

Early this year, I made a resolution to take up Pilates Fitness as part of my health goals for the new year. Unlike previous year, I signed up for a Pilates Reformer class in January and since, I have never regretted one bit. The first class was an introduction to the exercise itself which involved a series of breathing and proper stretching techniques. I had to tell you that I was very excited about getting on to the Pilates reformer proper. After eight lessons on Pilates, I can say that this is one exercise I truly enjoy. Pilates is easy on the joints and really helps to strengthen those unused muscles of my body. I look forward to a new Pilates class every week…. yes, it’s that enjoyable for me!
