There’s a program that allows you to lose weight and stay fit by burning calories long after you’ve finished the actual physical exercise. The program is called Fat Burning Furnace and it encourages you to exercise in intense short spurts of fifteen to twenty-five minutes daily instead of for long periods every day. If you put in the time and effort, you should be able to see results in a brief amount of time. This is part of a total program, but the only critique of this reviewer would be that the nutrition part of the program could probably have been given a bit more attention. As it stands now, the nutrition seems like a tag-along to beef up the exercise part of the program. Other than that, it’s a great fitness method.
