I was running an Iowa public records search the other day on the Internet and I was shocked with what I found out about myself. It’s not that I didn’t know the information was back there, after all, it was information about me. What did surprise me, however, is the fact that all of this information was available for anybody to look at on the Internet. I often wonder, now, how many people have looked up that information on me in the past and now know too much about me, as far as I’m concerned. I’m surprised the privacy issues don’t come into play more often.
