Here’s a nice video showing how to make cream puffs like a professional pastry chef. My mouth is wetting just from watching the video. It looks so easy but I am sure that is only because she is a pastry master and prepared the dough and the pastry cream hundreds of times before. Nevertheless, I can learn a lot from watching her do it. I like the way she uses the bowl. Keep it fixed with one hand while using the other hand to beat the batter. Also, she is quite skillful in rotating the bowl. I guess I will practice this a bit. It’s a pitty there’s no place around here where I could buy such delicious cream puffs.
