I bought another phone and the salesperson said they could not give me the same mobile number unless I first called my company to get the Pac code so that I could switch it. I am past the date of service renewal so no fees can be charged for ending my plan early. Since they have been not providing me with the best service for a long time I was anxious to get rid of my current carrier and to find another one who provides good customer service and has better coverage in my area. I hate when my phone calls are cut off due to no signal.
