Nancy was working on her computer and tried to open one of the programs that she runs every day. Nancy could not get the program to open. Nancy shut off the computer and restarted it, hoping that would fix the problem. But when Nancy tried to open the program again it still would not open. She has been having problems with xp freezing as well. Nancy decided to go online and search for information and see if she could determine what the problem is. She read some information about registry cleaners and decided that she needed to get one of the programs.
